Courageous Leadership is .

Dear Courageous Leaders,

I have re-launched the BeCourageous Leadership website, as it is now more than a blog, it is my business. My life, really. I’m all in and figuring out how to show up in this new and scary world with a solid commitment to the BeCourageous leadership philosophy. The old blogs don’t fit. They were reflective of the evolution of my thinking and my writing at that time—post brain hemorrhage, in January of 2020, and during a global pandemic.

Since then, my life has once again been turned upside down. Everything I thought I knew with certainty has come into question. And many things that I doubted with certitude I am left wondering if those might be truth.

I am not sure where this new journey will take me. I do know I am not on this journey alone. This road has been walked by many before me and beside me, and in the words of Myles Horton and Paulo Freire, we will continue to “make the road we are walking.” It requires us to show up with complete vulnerability and a willingness to open ourselves up to the joys and pains, the certainties and uncertainties, and the beautiful mysteries of the universe and of humanity. The choice is ours. The choice is yours.
