We work directly with employers to help identify the skills that matter most—and make those skills visible, verifiable, and valuable.

Our team supports internal workforce development teams in mapping existing training, performance data, and on-the-job learning to clearly defined skills and competencies. We then collaborate with education and training partners to develop assessments and digital credentials that reflect real employee growth and align with industry standards.

With extensive expertise in learning design, leadership development, and training execution, we also work with employers to redesign existing training programs—or build new ones from the ground up. These programs are tailored to align with future-of-work strategies, industry-standardized skills and competencies, and even higher education pathways.
